Google Adsense Revenue Share
San Francisco-based Flixya have launched their new video-sharing offering. But Flixya users don't just share videos - they share in the revenue, too.
Flixya's rev share program offers a 50/50 split to those who submit content from YouTube, Metacafe, Daily Motion, Google Video, MySpace Video and other sites that offer embedded Flash players. Just paste the video code into the box, add a title, some tags and a description and hit submit. They also encourage users to drive traffic to their videos to bump up the ad revenue.
You will need a Google Adsense account to participate in the Revenue Share Program (If you already have an Adsense account, - you simply reuse the publisher ID*, else use the below link for adsense registration.)
(While registering for adsense, you will be asked for the website url. if you don't have your own website url, you can use www.flixya.com)
The rev share system uses Google AdSense, and your publisher ID is used 50% of the time. Moreover, if you refer a friend using your referral link you will get an additional 20% from their video ads. It also has a points system and some of the rewards are pretty cool; need a hell of a lot of points though, the top reward is a lap
top which you need to accumulate 600,000 points to receive. Try it, nothing to lose, but gains!
